The NATA and NAASE Joint Conference is where synagogue executives gather to exchange knowledge, resources, strategies, solutions, and more. After four days of learning, growing, and finding inspiration, attendees are prepared to return to work equipped with valuable support in their daily responsibilities and motivated to embrace another year as leaders in their local communities.

Inspired by the iconic 90s sitcom, our theme celebrates the power of individual uniqueness within a community of joy, support, and shared learning. Just as the characters we know and love navigated life’s ups and downs together, we strive to build a network where every synagogue professional feels like they have a seat on the "orange couch."
