2023 NATA Institute

Join a small cohort of 20 NATA peers for interactive and insightful lessons on everything from budgeting to human resources, management to membership.

Fellowship: Walk away with a cohort of peers and stronger personal relationships with your counterparts in the field.

Skill-Building: learn new techniques for your specific and unique role.

Excel: Experience a dynamic opportunity tailored to the challenges of being a synagogue executive.


Time

Institute participants should plan to arrive around lunchtime on Sunday and stay through dinner on Wednesday evening, departing on Thursday.

Who should attend Institute? NATA Institute is a series of classes crafted for the Director who has been in their role for at least 1 year. Experienced Directors (who have been in their role for 10 years+) may not find the information applicable as it is aimed at the "newish" Director and/or someone new to their role and/or new to their current organization. 

What should I expect? Expect to connect with 20+ other NATA Directors. You'll learn, grow, evolve, and excel together while hearing from experienced Directors on everything from membership to finances; marketing to rituals. Participants in past cohorts rave about meeting good friends and bonding over shared experiences. Let us know if you'd like to chat with a past participant before enrolling!

Discount will be applied based on membership level. Total registration costs are:

  • $650 - Regular members
  • $750 - Associate members
  • $1500 - Affiliate members

Registration cost includes training, hotel stay, and meals. Attendees are responsible for travel costs to/from the event.
