Interested in supporting the 2026 conference but unable to attend in person? This virtual exhibitor opportunity allows you to connect with attendees and maintain a strong presence at the event—no travel required.
As a virtual exhibitor, your organization will receive a 3-second digital ad placement displayed during meal functions. Ads must be submitted as a PowerPoint slide in 16:9 format. Please email your file to nataoffice@natanet.org by October 1, 2026. Reminder notifications will be sent in advance of the deadline.
This package also includes:
- Recognition with your organization’s name on event signage
- Opportunity to include one flyer and/or promotional item in attendee Welcome Bags
- A Virtual Booth on the Whova event app to engage with attendees
- Listing in the digital exhibitor directory
